ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note:
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of system upgrades, warehouse maintenance, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.
If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly via your registered email or WhatsApp number.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
We strive to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public/bank holidays.
Domestic Deliveries (Within India)
Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Non-Metro & Remote Areas: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on courier accessibility.
Please note:
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability and warehouse logistics.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout or in order confirmations are indicative and may vary due to external operational factors.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp and/or your registered email.
If a courier partner is unable to reach your location or deliver at the scheduled time, they will attempt to coordinate a suitable alternative.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free prepaid shipping across India.
International Shipping
International orders are typically delivered within 8–10 business days. Delivery may take longer during festive seasons, customs inspections, or unforeseen disruptions such as weather conditions, political events, or logistical delays.
International shipping charges depend on:
Destination country
Package size, weight, and volume
Courier partner rates
Important:
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping fee. These must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
We do not cover or reimburse any customs-related charges under any circumstances.
Customs authorities may inspect packages during transit. Such delays are routine and outside our control.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, regardless of destination.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number.
For international shipments, tracking updates may be limited once the package exits the origin country due to varying capabilities of international postal and customs systems.
INGREDIENT SENSITIVITY & PATCH TESTING
Our products are made with carefully selected, high-quality active ingredients. However, individual skin responses may vary.
We strongly recommend:
Reviewing the full ingredient list prior to purchase, especially if you have known allergies.
Conducting a patch test 24 hours before full application.
Using products only as directed and on healthy, unbroken skin.
If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and rinse with water.
