Who we are / Legal status
lastkiss1900 is the trading/brand name used on this Site. Where a legally registered company/entity exists and is the merchant of record for any given transaction, that entity will be identified at checkout and in order documentation. Orders, pricing & product information
Order acceptance: All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (including in cases of pricing errors, limited stock, or suspected fraud).
Pricing: Prices displayed are stated in the currency shown on the Site and include applicable taxes where indicated; any duties, customs fees or local taxes for cross-border shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and correct pricing errors.

Payment

Title to the goods passes to you in accordance with the Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable law; risk of loss generally passes on delivery.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or following unsubscribe instructions) or by contacting Customer Care. Opt-out will not affect transactional messages required to service orders. Your consent and any collected messaging preference will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

International customers: If you are located outside India, local mandatory consumer-protection laws (if more favourable) will apply to the extent required by law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of rights you have as a consumer under local laws.
Disputes: We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may commence litigation in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Where local law requires alternative dispute resolution, those procedures will apply.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement; assignment
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and lastkiss1900 regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at our discretion.

Additional provisions for merchants and resellers (No resale)
All products sold on the Site are intended for personal use only unless expressly authorised by lastkiss1900 in writing. We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts or refuse service where we suspect sales for unauthorized resale or grey-market activity.
